At Burnt., all candles are made using soy wax and there may be uneven surfaces at the top. For any other defects, please contact us as soon as possible through our socials.
Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $50. A flat rate of $3.50 order will be charged otherwise. 

Express Delivery
Express Delivery can be made within a 1-day notice, subject to availability of delivery riders. Express Delivery is available for all seasons. It will be delivered within the day itself.

Return/Refund Policy
We trust our door-step courier to ensure a smooth delivery and handling of our products. For any damages to the products, please contact us within 2 working days and we will get back to you as soon as possible at burntcandles.sg@gmail.com.
